Our Purpose

Our purpose is to create life empowerment through individual health solutions. We fundamentally believe there is always an opportunity to find a better way, and we will always strive to find it. Phillipa Blakey

Phillipa has over 12 years experience at COO and CEO level, leading growth with a focus on clear strategy and direction, designing and building a strong and engaging culture, leadership development, discipline and focus. She reengineers core processes around customer needs to optimise performance using technology and organisational design to improve service delivery, quality, and staff engagement. Phillipa is a successful and effective leader having transformed businesses in health, aged care and education sectors as well as other industries across NZ, Australia and UK.

Nikki Brouwers

A well-respected and passionate health professional, Nikki has spent more than two decades assisting employers, insurers and workers with her injury prevention and recover at work focus. As a co founder of The Interact Group she is a recognised industry thought leader.

Nick has wide-reaching commercial, strategy and operations experience across a number of industries, both within Australia and internationally, including health care, FMCG, entertainment and hotels. He is committed to making finance a trusted partner for everyone in the business.

Emma Spiers
Executive General Manager Quality Assurance B. Sc Physio

Emma has specialised in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and rehabilitation in large public teaching hospitals in London and private community physiotherapy.  She has a passionate and keen interest in orthopedic medicine, biomechanics, sports injuries and exercise rehabilitation.

Georgie Blundell
Chief Operations Officer P.I and Corporate B.App.Sc. (OT)

Georgie has significant experience working with complex injury both in a clinical and insurance context. Her extensive clinical and operational knowledge ensures best practice service delivery, ensuring excellent outcomes.
